Frato's offers limited discounts for Saturday Dealerships because we leverage multiple Saturday dealership caterings to help us reduce our labor.
Without knowing for sure, Frato's would be willing to bet that we handle more dealership caterings in a 10 mile radius than any other restaurant/caterer does on a weekly/monthly basis. Due to this volume, it helps us reduce our labor costs and helps us pass the savings onto you for Saturday Lunch Caterings.
This means if you order early enough in the week, we can discount your events to possibly meet your budget. Obviously the smaller your budget, the more limited the selections are.
