How do I know you will do a good job?
We recommend you check out our catering testimonials, awards and catering guarantee! If you and/or your committee have never sampled our food (how could you not taste the #5 Best Pizzeria rated by Chicago’s Best!), we invite you to come out for a tasting.

How much notice do you need to book my catering?
For Drop-Off/Pick-Up Catering, we ask for 24 hours notice. However, please feel free to call us at (847) 895-2122 for last minute orders and our Chef will try and accommodate your every need. We’ll move heaven and earth to take care of you as this is our life to make you happy.

Do you have any minimums for catering?
Our Self-Service Catering packages require you order for a minimum of 10 guests or $50 minimum, before tax.

Is Delivery Available?
“Yes. We currently offer delivery to a 5 mile radius from our Schaumburg location, but we have easily accommodated longer distances when provided with a notice. Delivery charges are based on distance from the restaurant and size of the order. Please call (847) 895-2122 for specifics. (we are considering offering a $20 flat fee for within our delivery range for caterings only, restaurant customers get free delivery within our radius)”

What levels of service do you offer?
We currently offer the following:

  • Self Service Buffet: Served in disposable aluminum pans and trays; perfect for leftovers and easy clean up. You can either come to our restaurant or have it delivered.
  • Delivered & Dressed Buffet: We will drop off your buffet, set it up and bring a table cloth, wire chaffing dishes and Sterno.

What is your cancellation policy?
For all self-service catering orders, we require at least a 24 hour notice and only charge you for any items we have already started preparing for your specific event. If none of your items have been started, you will not be charged anything.

Can You Make Accommodations For Special Diets?
Absolutely! We offer vegetarian and gluten free options. Please give notice and Chef Ed Musto will work with you directly on this.

Can I Order Online or Get A Quote?

What methods of payment do you accept?
We can accept cash, check, VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

For your convenience, we are happy to set you up with a house charge account, with approved credit application. All outstanding invoices must be paid within 14 days of the event completion. Please email us at FratosPizza@gmail.com for more information or to set up a house charge account.

I only need some items catered. Do I have to purchase one of your buffets?
Absolutely not. We offer all of our catering specialties as a la carte catering items. Order exactly what you need.

Do you keep my orders on file?
We use the industries leading catering system to keep up with all of your catering orders and quotes. At any time, you can call us, and we’ll be happy to email you a copy of any order or quickly place a duplicate order for you.
