Boneless or bone-in?
Both. Choose hand-cut boneless wings, breaded bone-in wings or naked bone-in wings. Halal boneless wings are also available.
Are the sauces on the wings or on the side?
On the side, so everyone can choose their own. Each wing bar comes with two side wing sauces to dip in, plus ranch, blue cheese or both.
Which wing sauces can I choose?
Buffalo, Parmesan Garlic, Sweet BBQ, Whiskey BBQ, Peri Peri, Masala, Habanero Garlic, Ghost Pepper BBQ and Inferno Mustard. Every sauce is made from scratch in our kitchen.
What comes with the Wing Bar?
The complete meal package comes with your wings, two side wing sauces, your choice of ranch and blue cheese dipping sauce, and a choice of potato salad or pasta salad. You can add hand-cut carrots and celery or extra wings.
Do you have halal wings?
Yes. Halal boneless wings are available for the Wing Bar.
What’s your minimum order?
Order minimums depend on the menu, how soon your event is, and delivery distance. Request a quote and a chef will confirm what fits your event.
How far in advance should I order?
Advance notice is always necessary because our chefs book up. Tell us your date as early as you can and a chef will confirm it.
What is the On-Time Guarantee?
If we arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled delivery time, you don’t pay. Not a discount; the order is free. As far as we know, we’re the only suburban Chicago caterer with an on-time guarantee. It requires the correct address and access details on your quote.
